This book is part of the A Twist of Tales series, a multi-author series organized by Beyond the Bookery, and comprised of genderswapped, non-magical Christian fairy tale retellings! The books’ stories aren’t connected, so they can be read in any order. I’m honored to be kicking off the series!

PROFANITY: None.
SEXUAL CONTENT: Very mild. No kisses, and a couple of non-described embraces.
- The protagonists embrace after an intense scene.

- A man holds a woman’s hand, squeezing for reassurance.
VIOLENCE: Fighting with swords and spears, injuries (mildly described), characters held at knifepoint, characters are threatened with death.
